would anyone be intrested in fitting central locking to there van?
i have just bought myself a kit for £35 and sliding door kit for £6
if any one is interested i will take photos while doing it and post to the how to

It's already been done, think there is a how to in the techanical hoe to section.

a very unfinished one.

i did the same as you intend. Although being a twat i didn't realise i could just get the central locking stuff for a transit from the breakers and swap like for like.

You need loads more wire than the standard kit, the cable-shroud for the right rear door (same as the left but upside down), a soldering iron, about 3 days of patience.

My van is completely keyless now. other than for the ignition, and the 5-lever mortices placed sensibly as-'double-locking'.
