MK6 steering wheel.......

Was just wondering if a Mk7 steering wheel could be fitted in a mk6> Also the indicator and wiper stalks aswell from a mk7 to a mk6?

No, I asked the same question before and was told you can't.
You can swap the entire dash as it has been done but the guy who did it said that it was a nightmare and would not do it again.

What did he do about the gear stick on the dash? Cause thats the only reason i would change the dash to a mk7, other than that I prefer the mark 6 dash, And has anyone tried to change the steering wheel or just knocked it down before trying?

Splints are different. Couple possibly make a boss tho. I'm sure you use a mk7 cable forthe dash. Do a search
