rear seat mounts?

whats the mot requirement on rear seat mounts? ive done a search but cant find the info i need......

ive got two rear seats with inertia reel lap belts, and fitting them may be useful, but id like to take them out quickly and easily, any ideas how to fix them with quick release and still stay within the law?

i got a auto sleeper and i took the bedseats out to fit two double seats in the back and i used plates under the floor to fit and put the belts bolted to the seats and mine passed with no problems but i had to drop the petrol tank and water tank to do this.
