Mk7 leather sport seat covers

Hi I've ordered these from ford, I asked them for a new seat base sponge as its slightly sagged, the guy got back to me saying there's 2 types one for cloth £55 and one for leather £95, does anyone know if there's a difference in design of the sponge base or is it because it's for leather they bump the price up

Any help would be much appreciated.
