If you need a pump your going to need new injectors and a fuel system flush about £1000 plus in parts alone, if you get the full TDDI van for less you'll have everything you need to swap them over. N

Hi all, new to this forum,
I have a 2004 transit,
It the 2l tddi I think
I wanna put a 2l tdci 130ps engine in it, I already have the full donor car (2005 mondeo)
Do I need to swap everything over? I.e. Engine loom, dash loom??
Any help would be greatly received

I've done this conversion from TDDI to TDCI using a 2.0 TDCI 130ps engine from a Mondeo mk3 - Vid here  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XEpVXomtL6g
See my project thread here  viewtopic.php?f=27&t=150664

You'll require the following part's from a mk6 2.0 TDCI 125ps....

Dash loom
main engine bay loom
Engine subloom
TDCI PCM
Coolant hose that runs from EGR cooler to interior heater/water pump
Vac solenoids for EGR & turbo

If you van is a 75ps TDDI you'll also require...

Intercooler with all associated hoses
2007 Ford Mondeo mk4 1.8 TDCI -RETROFIT IN PROGRESS
2009 Jaguar X-Type 2.0D
2010 Vauxhall Insignia- RETROFIT IN PROGRESS

IDS & GM GDS2 services
