WHAT MODEL IS MY MK5 CLASSED AS?

Hi,All I have a mk5 transit and its a ex minibus was owned by the police,I am having trouble getting it insured as on the log book new keeps part that's what a have its down as
Make FORD
Model Transit td lwb

But my insurance need to know what model it is- ie: 100,120,190.

The reg is-W269 UGW
The vin is:.WFOEXXBDVEYG05844

If anyone can get me any info on the reg from ford etis and or decode the vin I would be greatful
