Euro 5 engine rebuild

Hi all been a member couple of months. Stripped engine bare number 4 piston cracked had cylinder bores honed. Most other engine parts seem ok. Turbo needs replaced or new cartridge just looking for suggestions on on what I should do and parts should replace IE like oil jets that cool pistons.does TPUK still give members a discount.
