Spot the speed camera van and win a prize

Postby KevofCov » Sat Jan 28, 2023 8:39 pm

Derbyshire in the week.

Spot the speed camera van and win a prize. Sorry the pic isn’t great but I did my best whilst steering with my knee and eating my lunch.

No joy? It’s in the roof of the van parked on the right handside.

I know I know – don’t speed and they are not a problem.

My point is this. When camera vans first hit the streets wasn’t there a code of conduct saying that they would be very visible? Not hidden in a line of parked cars with the camera in the roof? Obliviously this location is also at the bottom of a decent...
Grounds for appeal as not complying with the code?

I was always under the impression that any speed cameras fix or mobile were meant as a deterrent then entrapment but the way the police are who knows these days, it seems the police think their above the law.

Fook off.
That's a Mr Whippy van.
The lighting gives the appearance of a sniper hatch in the roof

How much is a 69 these days Ned?
