Breakdown cover

Shopping about for some breakdown cover and came across these chaps :

Never heard of them before but they look really cheap at just £29 for cover incl recovery.

I realise they are (as most now are) just agents, but does anyone have any dealings these or recommend other options. NOT the AA/ RAC please.
If it goes, then it's good!!
