Unlock code for radio?

I have a ford transit, 2000 radio, in our van, which we have never been able to listen to, other than for tapes.

We would like to be able to listen to the radio!

Can anyone give us the unlock code?

If you can listen to tapes surely you should be able to listen to the radio!
Check if there is an aerial, could just need one.

We cant do either now.

We could originally when we got it listen to the tape, but not alter any of the radio channels.

Then we had some electrical problems so we disconnected it off for a while, wondering if it was draining the battery. But the starter motor died.

We now want to listen to the radio and tapes again, as we have moved, and would like to listen to "champion radio" when we are out and about or tapes, but we cant do either.
