All cars can be imported except:
Right Hand Drive
Cars that fail the compulsory MOT equivalent test....... Which to be honest is a complete waste of time if you have seen any of the cars that are over here.
Without the COC its not possible...... but all car makers will issue this for a price (about 40 quid)
You have to get approval from the town you are living in to import the car
Pay the statutory 2000sk (40 quid) vehicle scrapping fee before arrival)
Insure it once the town hall have said they will accept it, and then take to police to register....
