Well at least you let us all know, like hads already been said, better to buy off private traders who don't sell radios ect all the time.

Was going to get one of these as he was selling 3 but thought it was a little doddy only asking £45 when others are going for £70+
As with leaving feedback phil your right he'll leave bad for you. Sold an item no contact from buyer until i left bad feedback then he done the same. Nice :x

Report him to ebay, quoting exactly what you said in your original post. Ebay are trying to crack down on people who don't complete their transactions, particularly if it's because the item didn't make enough money. They used to be useless but they seem to be getting better. If they get enough complaints against him they'll chuck him off.

You can leave feedback up to 90 days after the time of sale and some people leave a neg at the very last minute, knowing the other won't have time to retaliate. Remember it's 90 days to the time of day not just midnight.

WOW there are some sad ebayers out there , dont know why they bother if all they are gonna do is cause people grief , it takes the whole fun aspect out of ebay , i am waiting for quite a few people to leave feedback for me which is annoying as i always promptly leave feedback for others , i think its just that some people dont give a sh*t .

I do too, I don't wait to see what they write about me first. I'd like to think that in the unlikely event that i'd given a bad service or been dodgy, i'd accept the negative criticism & not retaliate for spite but who knows. There are some hard faced people out there.

It kind of makes the whole feedback system pointless when no one will leave negative feedback for fear of getting some themselves. You see some of these big traders with thousands of trades and they have like 99% positive feedback, thats OK you'd expect a few people to have not been entirely satisfied. But for the private individulal like me to get negative feed back on my score of 30 would really look bad, some people would refuse to trade with me :(
I think you just have to accept that a certain percentage of ebay users are just out to scam you  but by far the majority are reasonable people  .

Stop living your lives on E-bay, so what we cant always have a 100% good feedback for everything, the most important thing is the after sales service, be it a private seller or trader, common sense most of the time prevails.
