right whats the chances of there being a a mk5 in red on a 02 plate

reason im askin was driving thru the barras in glasgow today and on a side street

there was a red mk5 transit with what looked like a 02 reg on it

it looked tidy and had cab marker lights on the roof but was going just a wee bit to fast to get a proper glance at the reg plate

Seems odd why a dealer would keep it lying round for 2/3yrs

Maybe it was a private reg that looked like 02?


Mind you, it is Glasgow. Prolly a false plate

i think there was a 51 on ebay aswell - somoene posted it here if i remember right

pity you didnt catch the full reg then you could look it up and tell from the cc

if it is pukka it wants the arches waxoiling so it can be saved for ever as a piece of transit history

thats what i was thinking aswell luke think with it sitting at the barras then its gonna be a market trader of some sort but if it realy is a 02 would that not make it possibly one of the last ever registerd mk5s

Could be an MOD vehicle that come out of service on '02 and was then road registered (rather than MOD plates)
