i got alloys for christmas and got a personalised numberplate for my birthday the week before,
so fitting them, and fitting numberplate, maybe treat it to some sidesteps, ive already got lights to fit in the lightbar and a few markerlights...

then i have to kit out the back of the landy with ply!

I hopefully will find time to grind some of the rust down, paint it and sell it

And get a new smaller vehicle, (not very difficult to do!)

Proberly scrap the tipper and set about building a replacment,
thnking along the lines of a tipping luton with barn doors and no roof

ive bought a bulkhead for mine so i might see if i can get my brother in law to help me fit it tommorrow.

after that ive got a couple of bits to wire in, and that should be it.

The first thing i've got to do to the transit is finish rewiring my minor traveller...

Then start tackling rust, modify and fit a bulkhead, put metal in place of the rear windoows and start making a fold up camper

Have a 17'' flip down monitor in the roof lining to be fitted, clear indicators to be fitted, am going for the alloys (cheers for the tip rover!!) then its a rub down new rear arches and a new paint job!!! Then its Billing, Santapod, Colchester and every other bloody meet I can find!!!!!

you also know a very very good ldv site to get help from

tbh the convoy was thew worst van i owned,slow noisey,even though it has a big load space,its quite useless if ur in light haulage,like me cuz its got twin wheels u cant get a std pallet in,and the sld is to low so u cant get a hi pallet through the doors,i left mine parked up for a few weeks and the cab went mouldy,i wished i paid and extra grand and got a mk5 hi cube....

Just finished installing my second battery along with the isolator switch into the mk6.
Cost me £20 all in for the parts and i managed to get a free 1 month old Jaguar battery (90Ah from a 3.0L S-type)
