I have found a way of changing the site (bored? nothing better to do you say?) You have to do it individually, that is everybody can set thier own time, rather than having just one group time. Obviously, it's better if the time on your board view matches the real time, unless you are living in your own universe! Here goes.

Click on profile, and scroll down to timezone. This will be set at default, GMT. Click on the dropdown menu next to it, where it says GMT, and select GMT+1. Then click on submit, and you're done!

Yeah i can do that with the site time but it doesnt seem to work!!! ill have a word with my technical adviser!!! :D
