anywhere between £700 -£1100. The usual places are front / rear arches, rear subframe, insides of sills ( rear mainly ) bottom of front wing, Rear doors. Front sub frame ( near chassis legs). When driving check for obvious smoke on hard acceleration, whining from diff ( although if none it will double the price  ). It is better to get it already ply lined as it will save you £150 - 200. I can garuntee that others will add to this list but this is what i usually look for and havent had a bad one yet. Just make sure you get a good bit of MOT or a full one if paying more than £800- 900. Hope this helps.

Have a look on ebay but make sure you view it before ( or arrange an inspection £ 40 ) before you commit to buy as a few ebayers dont exactly give a true to life description of their item. Ask for extra photo's if the ones displayed dont show problem areas. There are a few decnt ones on there now which i will try to link here or in the ebay thread. Try http://www.autotrader.co.uk too as a lot of vans are only advertised on their website. :D

The llink doesnt work bud and most of the decent ones on the trader have sold. In an ideal world i wanted a 2.5td but everyone who i speak to is advising me against them, they said i will have issues and when i do its gonna cost a fortune :(
Im viewing a what seems nice and tidy LWB standard 2.5 diesel in red tomorrow. Its a v-plate, 1999 and his asking price is £1750 o.n.o Gonna have a go at getting him down to £1500 if its what i want. I just want a nice looking one, straight panels and no rust as such. Fingers crossed mate, lol
