Also, there are only a few boats a week to Bilbao, so you are limited to when you can go out. I would personally go Dover Calais and drive. We have an account for SeaFrance, but our charge is up to 7m. It's cheaper than P&O (almost half the price, going frieght).

wow, thats a bit too long for me, I think its going to be Dover to Calasis or something like that, I might even closer to the time see how much the tunnnel costs to Paris, will need to be worked out vs fuel etc, also do any of you know if in France and Spain they use red diesel like we do, as I was thinking about taking say 100 liters in 25 liter containers, there again it might not pay to...if I did I would only use it once off UK soil. I have also been told not to use red diesel in this tranny, any idea if this is correct.

Cheers

our frieght account price is £190 return (£95 single), you don't have to book, just turn up when you want to, and you get a cheap meal (around £3 for a 3 course dinner with drinks) and commission free money exchange thrown in.

I used courtesey, because I am polite, the only thing I did that I shouldn't have, was eat a fry-up, though saying that it was much better than the Seafrance attempts at English food, I won't even eat on their ships.
For a nation that prides itself on its food, allowing Seafrance to call
their STUFF food is a crime, unadulterated garbage (as I am still being polite).
