1st choice spares

Just thought I would post my experience on using 1st choice spares.
Made an enquiry about an axel for a ford transit 2001 picked one of the quotes telephoned them about the details and was told this model have ABS so placed the order, when I checked with my son he told me it was not an ABS model,
So I rung up and canceled the order within one hour but after one month and several telephone calls to this firm all I am getting is Bull!
This is the worse firm I have ever dealt with it is in Lower Lydbrook, Gloucestershire will not post the name as it might be against the rules, but if anybody is thinking of buying from this location PM me for the details

I bought a 2003 F23 gearbox 27/3/08. Paid straight away and recived the part the following week, Great! In the garage the engineer told me they sent a 1998 model and it's completely different. I spoke to Rob and Wayne and organised the correct one to be sent. The following day they phoned me to say "The correct gearbox is on it's way. 2003 F23 Diesel". Exellent! Engineer at the garage informs me it's incorrect and that it's not even an F23 gearbox. Again i spoke to Rob the robber and at that point he put me through Wayne. He told me if i send them pictures of the gearbox they will have the correct one sent to me the following day. Fantastic!! Three day's later Tracy rings me up to tell me "We cannot fulfill our obligation and have been instucted to gaive me a full refund". Still not had one to this day 23/5/08. Numerous phone calls. Each time told by Tracy i should recieve payment by the end of the week. I spoke to Wayne and he assured me Sam Haile has aurthorized payment and i will recieve payment by the end of next week. We will see. Watch this space!

Just a little addition, I agreed to purchase a second-hand engine November last year at an agreed price and delivery destination to be agreed later. However, Wyeside (paul) decided upon himself to not only deliver the engine to a destination without consent, he further over-charged me for the engine. Despite numerous telephone calls together with correspondence, Wyeside has buried their head in the sand. I do not agree with being ripped off plus ignored, the consequences of such a strategy has left me with no alternative than commencing legal proceedings against Wyeside. This has has now been done and I am now awaiting confirmation of a Court date. Please feel free to join me in this litigation however, I will have my day in Court, if nothing else, just to illustrate and broadcast the total sham of Wyeside!!!!!

Further to my previous comments, I thought I ought to add a liitle more information. Wyeside Limited's registered office: ( Crown & Co Accountants Limited - probably not chartered - Coed Lank Farmhouse, Broad Oak, Herefordshire, HR2 8QY. Directors: Simon James Haile, DOB 19/06/1967, 2 The Shrubbery, Old Dixton Road, Monmouth, Gwent, NP25 3SH + Wayne Robert Wadley, DOB 26.01.68, 6 Grosmont Close, Monmouth, Gwent, NP25 5UF. Both these directors are liable, being officers of the company of the wellbeing and correct performance of said company. Neverthe less, may I suggest that anyone comtemplating issuning legal proceedins against this company, do it sooner rather than later!!!!!!!

Dreadful, useless service
Ordered a rear cluster lens after some scumbag nicked mine. A helpful chirpy girl at Wyeside took my details and said that the part would be with me in two days, nothing happened. I rang customer services who said that there was no record of the transaction and he would get back ..... more

ordered a transit door the wrong one was sent . then because they had your money they kept promising to replace it but all the time it was bulls**t and lies had to mention trading standards and solicitors

After I threatened them with court action this firm paid the refund in full I suppose the moto is no more Mr. nice guy
