Dunno but I've got a couple of points to make lol

a) Why is the middle initial crossed off
b) Is it just me or is the cowling missing from under the steering columb :!: :?
c) That coolant expansion tank could do with a lid

but maybe I'm just being fussy
Oh how I long for the day when the rust is all gone!!!!! :-)

The missing column trim may have just been snapped off, or it could be a sign it's been hotwired at some time. Not saying it's been stolen, but could have been stolen recovered.
