Custom Van insurance

Ive searched through some threads on here, but nothing helpfull enough....

Thinking ahead, hopefully going to be installing a V6 2.8i auto into the van in the next few months or less with any luck and Ive been looking for custom van insurance, everything Ive found so far says 'no!'
Am I going to have to join a custom van club just get some at a reasonable rate?

ALAN, HAVE YOU TRIED ADRIAN FLUX INSURANCE, THEY SEEM TO INSURE MOST CUSTOM CARS / VANS ETC, I KNOW THEY INSURE A LOT OF AMERICAN CARS AND VANS AS WELL.

MY SON HAD HIS MUSTANG INSURED WITH THEM AT ONE POINT, I THINK HE ONLY PAID ABOUT £220

I got my Automatic cosworth mk5 insured cheap at Budget Insurance.
They have No problems with any mods you make
