Nurburgring trip..

Recently did a 4000 mile trip around europe in an ex-eircom (Ireland's bt) mk5. The van cost us 750euros and didnt let us down once.

Of course we went to Nurburg in it, and got 2 laps of the ring done. It was an amazing experience, if a little slow at times. We were doing 25 mph at times, because the hills were killing it

what was the lap time let me guess more than 10 minutes

We didnt time it for safety reasons, but I'd say it easily was 16-17 mins the speed at which people were passing us out was sick.

Sabine in the ring taxi actually power slid around me on a long right-hander. scared the crap out of me.. All i heard was loads of tyre noise, thought I was about to be smashed, and an M5 went sideways past my left side.. scary sh*t
