Ford Transit Forum

Probably looking ahead to 09 now but are there many transit friendly mass camper events? I know of the bug ones like bug jam, run to the sun etc but think it'd be cool to be part of something similar with transit campers. I'd be keener for one that reaches the coast, being land locked all year!

I'm sure there'll be chance for music fests too but looking for something different to do in 09.

Any advice much appreciated :-)

Hi rhb
We had a Ford Transit weekend at the end of August at Peebles which was very succesful.
A few camper vans/motorhomes - lots of fun - good weather and live music.
However this site is a Ford Transit Site so it includes anyone who wants to turn up in a transit and pitch a tent or sleep in the van.
Where are you from? - I am sure there will be others interested in meeting up in 2009.
(I am sure the Peebles FTF lot would love a renunion event!)
