Unleaded V6

Im preparing to fit a 2.8i V6 auto in to the van and Ive already started painting parts to go in, radiator, power steering and so on, but I was talking my cousin about replacing some seals and gaskets, when he asked me if its OK for unleaded!!!!
It came out of a MK2 Granada, so my questions are:- are they unleaded compliant? if not what should I do... fuel addatives, have seats and valves fitted, my cousin says find some XR4i heads... Like yer, theres loads of them about!!!

what stuff do you use neil i'm wondering the same with the mk1 V4 ive just got, i usually run em on unleaded till they break (not that they ever do) but i think i ought to look after this one

Just found this snip on the Burtons website, I think it is a colone V6, not dead sure how to tell....

Cologne V6 Engines
All 2.4 and 2.9 are suitable for unleaded fuel. 2.3 and 2.8 must have the following codes stamped in the centre of the cylinder head exhaust flange to designate suitability for unleaded:
* 2.3 - B or F
* 2.8 - D or E

and for Luke
Cosworth YB Engines
All heads have hardened valve seats fitted. However 95 RON unleaded fuel should only be used in standard green or blue top engines. Red top engines and all modified engines must run at least 97 RON super unleaded fuel and/or octane booster.
