Hi there!


I think i like the sound of 'spinny air thingy' rather than flettner.I mean if you say to someone i want one of those spinny air thingy's on the roof of my van they'll know what you mean but if you say i want a flettner on the roof of my van they'll look at you a bit like this, ------> All a bit puzzled like.
Anyway now i know what one of those spinny air thingy's is called.

The spinny air thingy.....is a Flettner vent (note capital F) so named after the German aerodynamicist who invented/patented/whatevered them, I have posted on this subject before so you could ..........................
