Im looking at getting some decent tools for my truck and wood chipper and have been looking through the snap on cataloge
and wondered what your thoughts are on the Blue Point tools.

Made by the same people that make snap on not as shiny and not finished as well,ie not quite as ergonomic in some ways,not as slim as snap on but still with lifetime warranty

Still just as over priced as Snap On.

I dont think they are available over here but if you can get CRAFTSMAN tools they are as good if not better than snap-on, i keep adding to my collection when i go on holiday.

Bought them at the start of my apprenticeship in 1989
they are still working ok.
still have the snap on stuff too.
have looked after them.
as said above the finish is not as nice as the snap on stuff.
but they are ok

Ive got a set of blue point sockets and some snap-on too, they dont do anything more than my set from Halfords

britool are nice n shiney a lot cheaper n just as good but my personal favourite has to be the good old "king dick" spanners ex leyland motors

personally i like halfords pro range lifetime guarantee and cheap aswell
