Help i'm confused

To avoid these "mark" confusions, in Germany we use the year of introducing, eg. Transit '65, Transit '78, Transit '85 and so on! We do that with other Ford cars, too, eg. Granada '72, Fiesta '76... This system is the "official" Ford system here in Germany, don't know if it's in Britain too?

we tend to use the years when ordering parts etc. but more the yaer of the actual van :D untill i started the forum i always considered mk4 and mk5 as being mk4 and mk4 facelift :lol:

I always considered the Mk6 and Mk7 something I cant afford.....I was right :lol:
