transit luton question...

I`ve just bought a jumbo, now stage 2 of world domination...

I need a luton, with a lift.
(with out boring you or going into too much detail, I go to various shows and sell products, i need to take a few bits of heavy machinery-hence the tail lift)

But..... sometimes i need the help of 2/3 other perople. which makes 4/5 people traveling to the same venue. I have the other van.. but theres fuel and things to concider if i use it.

So... has anyone seen a crewcab with a luton body fitted? is there any reason why this won`t work? This way i can carry upto 6 people. The load area won`t be as big, but i recon with the space above the heads i won`t lose that much. i don`t want to just place an extra seat in the load area, as sometimes we travel 300+ miles to the venue.

ive never seen a crew cab luton but theres no reason it wouldnt work - if you buy 2 and swap them over ie a lwb luton and an extended frame crewcab pickup

no room in the jumbo its full, i`ve removed the tripple rear seats that were in it.

I have only ever seen a couple of Mk5s before, if you can't find a luton look for a crew chassis cab and fit your own body.

its a pity the 1 for sale is a 90psi, i`ve drove a 90 luton and to be honest it was soooooo slow.

has anyone got a rough idea of the price to fit a luton body.
