MK2 square - round headlights

I was totally happy with my square headlights untill i saw this van!!



It got me thinking do round lights look better

I think you are hankering after the Mk1 look. Round headlights don't look quite right on a Mk2 van, it's a square shaped body, and square headlights look better to me on a MK2.

i remember when my dad had a mkii tranny it was a blue rusted to hell heap and that was in about 1993. i dont know how old it was though as the reg was q96wnl it is kinda sad getting to 24 and still remembering the reg number

Was that a G or a Q? If it's a G it's a Mk1, if it's a Q, was it a rebuilt rightoff?

i always think mk1 transits resemble mk1 escorts and mk2 transits resemble mk2 escorts........................

my point being theres no way i would have square headlights in my mk2 escort!! even though they fitted them to the ghia models and round ones to the popular!!

the base model was the round headlamps (transit popular) but i like them ,in a twin wheelr they looked very cool!
