Window tint film.

Postby rossy » Sun Jun 08, 2008 8:59 pm

Just spent the last 6 hrs+ fitting tint film to my swb bus!!
Man I hate that stuff!!!!got it together no problem bar trimming the edges
As soon as I tried to do the corners it would f*** up big time with tears or pull back off,so tried a pattern from the out side and still the edges would be a total arse to get!!
It looks great from inside and 5 ft from the van ....apart from that what a f*** day!!!
Back in the early 80s I got a spray on stuff from the local auto shop.....it wasnt the greatest but better than this, has anyone seen this about???
Off for some after sun an a large whisk  :D y!!!!

That spray stuff is not the same make but same idea .For the price....says it all.Might get ford tinted glass from the breakers. Will save on time /energy and relationship,I was getting a bit.....Dont do that/Fur f8CKSAKE/just go an make the tea ya ++++++++++!!!!

Sounds like these razor blades to me, you'll get them from most motorfactors.

If you want some surgical blades & a handle, I'll get you some from work during the week if you want and post them over. If you can wait that long that is....
