You've just got to look at the way someone has ruined the Wikipedia encyclopedia page, I've given up editing it now.

Ok, there's something wrong in case of the engine availability (missing Cologne V4 and Kent engines!) and they forgot to point to the "british" MK1 Transit development origins! 4x4 versions are also missing! But why do you mean someone has ruined the page? There are some mistakes, but ruined?

i think Mike means that nasty VW camper lookalike German van thing thats on the page, NOT aTransit :D

But here it's the "true" MK1, because it's a van and the original name! Nothing VW! :D

anyway back to the origins of the thread, i think this is defo the oldest WORKING Transit, Hreg and hes a fitter(sold him the Di thats in it a few years back) he uses this van for work every day :D it aint pretty but he keeps and will keep it on the road :D

yeh Pete, he works that everyday, so does the panel van hes out of Dagenham, the white truck is Aveley :)
