There was a practical classics magazine issue in year 2000 with some personality pictures, if I remember right ex-F1 driver James Hunt leaning on a MK1 (had something to do with a children road safety project in the 70s! James Hunt was the patron!) and the 60s rock group small faces using a MK1 as a tour bus! Sadly, I don't have the magazine any longer!

well this is probably more for the scottish members on ere but my van is gonna be gettin used in the filming of still game on bbc1 the production guys were down a few days back and are wanting to use bessie as she looks better and has barn doors its the 2nd time we have had dealings with them now and its our 3rd van thats gonna be on tv we had one in a scottish film called my name is joe and the van was liviried under our old company name instant deliverys then we had one of our scrappers used in the pilot of still game when they blew it up

There's also a photo of the punk group Toy Dolls sitting in and leaning on a red MK3 LWB minibus on the cover of their album "The History 1979-96"!

lol - I was thinking you mean the actual show pilot (which they never air), just downloaded Still Game series 1 and watched a manky luton getting blown up in the first episode

its a film that was made in glasgow about 10 yrs ago peter mullen starred in it about a ex alkie who has a football team with junkies in it....... hang on honest ppl glasgow aint that bad honest.... its a funny film and loads of it was filmed were i live same as with still game and chewin the fat the list is endless at the moment there filming taggart up the road as i type

When does the new series of Still Game start? Its not on south of the border so I have to trawl through the satellite for BBC Scotland.

True Dare kiss BBC1 tomorrow night 9 oclock has three transits in it my Blue MK2 Phil's MK1 pick up and an old scraper we found in Box hill with Lucas tampo on the side............. It's on every thursday night... so maybw tomorrow..........
