I pay just under £400 a year full comp and thay know its customized with ally wheelsand it has six seats . with this insurance i get full breakdown cover . the price is after thay take off the 70% ncd and this is portected. I FOUND THE CIS TO BE THE BEST

My insurance was £330 TPTF zero no claims bonus as it's a second vehicle, its not for business use. My broker said they would have some trouble getting me a quote as it was not usual for someone to want to insure a commercial vehicle for private use and the insurers would wonder why a civil servant wants a transit van. I don't know if this is true but when they sent me the papers to sign it had my occupation down as a builder!! I rang them and they just said to change it & that it had something to do with getting the quote for a commercial vehicle, afterwards I wondered that as they put down that I was a builder am I paying the price for business use even though it's not

320 ish TPF&T for me and my missus, 99 100l. i've got 5 yrs NCB, she hasnt been driving too long, without her i could have had it for 230 odd. direct choice comercila policy, i had it with tesco for a while and they wanted 400 plus for a normal car policy, now i have comercial i feel a bit happier doing the odd removal. only questions they asked me was whats the van for. i use it for camping and doing my house up. didnt think they would like to hear the word motorbike and race in the same sentence!
