you can get rid of perminant marker pen by drawing over it with a non-perminant marker pen then just wipe off

Actually there was nothing offensive just loads of childish "tag" names etc, it just looked shite on my newish van and it had to come off. And by the way I live right out in the sticks so beware!

lostpaul67 you my friend saved the day. Nail polish remover was the tool needed along with gentle rubbing, its surprising how potent that stuff is! Anyway, graffiti has now totally gone, however paintwork is a tiny bit patchy here and there so not perfect but hardly noticeable.

get some t cut on that with a buffer or some good quality polish that will sort it out in no time.

Ah you mean scribble. It's like dogs wee-ing on a lamp post, one does it and others have to follow, so you did the right thing getting it off.
