we need more of these vans over here and at the meets and shows :D there is plenty still in Germany you can get them from a couple of hundred pounds for a resto project to a few thousand for a near perfect example (mines somewhere in between :lol: ) you really need to see one to appreciate how good they are 8) they all have a few knocks and dints from being used but once you look at the chassis :shock: :shock:

so if your after a project, camper, dayvan, retro 70's custom then consider a feuerwehr 8)

and you can also get them as mk2's :D

mate mine is dented asd well ,but when you think of the age , i just cant belive the condtion of them! 8) 8) 8) 8)

thats what i mean.

to be honest if i had of bought a classic like that any small little dits etc i would just leave alone. as i would be to scared to mess more things up. :oops:
also that way its still 101% orignal.

dont think so :lol: although i do eventually intend to change the engine, mabe a zetec as i think theres a chance it would fit under the flat front or mabe a mk6 2.4 TDi 8)
