Hey Inti, campers can be great fun to do, they can be made cheaply but they can also get expensive.

I've bought every individual item for my camper over a period of time and if i add it all up its quite a lot of money. but as its my first camper build i didn’t know any better.... but now i know the best and cheapest thing to do is buy a second hand caravan which is similar in size to your van and just simply take everything out of the caravan and fit/modify it to fit your van... eclectics, toilet/shower, seating arrangement, cooker, fridge, everything... just fit it all in.

I've never really been in a caravan or camper before so when i wanted to figure out what sort of interior arrangement to build my campervan to i went to a Motorhome/campervan show where there were dozens of different models that i could walk around and climb in and see how it all worked properly. I got a lot of good ideas that day. Probably the best idea was to build a collapsible bed into the roof like an 'A Class' Hymer Motorhome.

Heres some inside pics of some campers. Good luck Inty...... :D .....

rob if your doing it to make money the best bet is to MOT it spend as little as you can on it and sell it as a 12months MOT'd van :D ok it might sell for more as a camper but the money and time you spend on it won't be worth the extra money you'll get for it ........ if you get any more ............ as a poor conversion devalues a van :!:

as i know you dont take advice well this is the last i'll say on the subject

i have been trying my best not to reply on any of robs post, but this thread is a joke.!.

it seems your are more clueless then i 1st thought rob.

why dont you just sell the van!!?? do the work that needs to be done and sell it! thats how you make money!! you dont make money buy spending sh*t loads on the van coz more then likely you will only get a small fraction back. plus all that time you spent on it. i know you will learn lots of things but its not a money makeinmg thing!!! sort it out!! :D
