If you mean me, yes they are. As far as I know, all Mk2 TW 190s are. Before they brought in the class 7 there were planty of people we knew in Sheffield that were taking off two of the back wheels and removing the passenger seat to get under plating wieght!

What is the wieght on the VRD? Most class 4 stations won't touch twin wheelers, no matter what you might say the taxation wieght is.

Then yes, it's a class 4. But how? With twin wheels? The county we just bought is 3150 and is a 160 (bit gutted about that, but it's not like she will be loaded to the doors much). I am not sure if we can class 4 the county, but won't even bother as it's just easier to go to the same test station as we always do.

another mystery this vans plenty research tells me the shell came from portugal thats why the sld s on drivers side also on delivery it was reg with a private plate 4 digits eg TLC 1 last week a small patch of paint flaked off drivers wing exposed metal is galvanised :?: another trick the owner did was to skim every panal seam out with 2ml of compound result 22 years all the seams are rust free he certainly wanted it to last

Have you ever actually wieghed you van Niel? It wouldn't be the first time the DVLA have just taken what's written on the paperwork as genuine (though there are just as many times they have rejected the figures as fact).

Don't kmow if they can all charge what they like (upto a maximum)

But the price list on the wall was £47 for class7.
Even if you don't need it, grab it.
The minute you do need it, it'll be gone.
