What I meant was (and I could have read this wrong) that by the time they officially cancelled your insurance, having messed you about, it was into the insurance period because of thier delaying tactics, and they charged you although you HAD cancelled in good time.

true but because they recorded the call and i did not say the magic words to them my insurance was not cancelled , it all boiled down to the wording on the call.
