as far as i know both looms work with both engines,

you can use the granada engine mounts as well, a little trick i know!!!!

how old is your MK3 van, is it using an MT75 or a type 9 box

from what i remember you have to ignition power about 9 wires and live feed 1 wire, anything light brown is earth, the later loom is more difficult but they are in a way basicly the same once you get to the wires you need.

another thing you'll need is an exhaust system, the granada manifolds won't go past the MT75 bellhousing, its a lot easier with a type 9 but then the box is as weak as anything.

it might be worth keeping the granada rev counter because getting a rev counter to work with the EECIV is not easy.

Type 9 on the back of a 24 valve wont last 5 mins , mt75 or t5 is the way to go .As for exhausts find a few scrap systems cuting and welding bits together and makeing a system to suit
old ford's never die they just go faster
