LWB 2.5Di High cube had 75mph with trailer not sure on its own I've only driven it once with the trialer on

70mph on the clock for the transit.

195mph on the clock on the bike, everything goes into slow moooo at them speeds

1991 190 di 70ps, 5.14 diff, It will get to 80 but she isn't too keen on it!
1985 190 mk 2 di 70ps, 4.63 diff, and an mt75 box, went to 80 one day on the outside lane of a dual carriageway, was delighted with myself but suddenly a bolt fell off and richoched off the floor, it was like a gunshot, I got the fright of my life! :lol: Tuned out to be an engine to gearbox bolt! :shock: She had more speed in her though... but not enough gearbox bolts! :lol:

Mk2 1600 100 Van ...made 86mph before I ran out of courage :lol: - not bad on a stock 4 speed box :)

That's not bad, my mk2 2 litre wont go that fast

GT spec 1600... so actually makes about 10 BHP more than a stock 2.0 tranny pinto :)

i got my mk2 up to 111mph (180kph) yesterday still had more to go but i needed to turn off the main road and head to work

Im pretty sure iv gone faster but i only got my speedo working a few days ago
Yeah i know its big green and rusty so move your Porsche before i bash it with 460 cubes of fords finest cast iron

Mk2 2.0 swb off the clock with more to go what the pinto injection lump will do who know's?? . Acceleration was good as well not many modern vans could touch it away from the lights shocked a few car drivers as well !! :lol: :lol:

Mines an '03, 90 T 350, 67,000 and it will just pull
95 on a good day, 85 with a trailer & car behind.

100t280 s/w/b low roof with roofrack and three big ladders just over 105 indicated downhill 90 comfortable on flat 100 wound up on flat these are all indicated :? depending on wind load etc etc :D happy ish been done tho by 313 sprinter slowly creeping!! new tranporter 174 bhp like i was goin backwards :shock: and the worst uphill by a 05 plate flat bed 7.5t 170 bhp new shape veco both empty cheers will :evil: :D would love to take rack and ladders off to see wot she would do :lol: :lol:

my 137ps lwb mr will do 106mph tops but thats up hill as well and fully loaded no van has ever over taken me

even with chip/nitros fitted mine still only does 110. gearbox needs changing eh! by the way its a modified 125 ps low roof

bet it gets there quick tho nitroman 8) it gets to a point where massive increase in power is required for small gains due to aerodynamics physics etc etc suppose vans are similar to a brick :lol: still it must carry the speed well hills out of bends etc etc 8)
