We had ordered one filter for a transit , for which it turns out was your vehicle , so when asked if we had stock. we had no spare stock at that time .
so I have got a slighty used one , would you like me to order a replacement one so that you have a fresh filter.

its not possible THEY fitted the tddi filter.........is it?.........

(no-one seems to keep it on the shelf)

wish id looked before

Funny you should say that, none of my local dealers hold the filter for the 125 TDCi either. Yet the Ford car dealer across the road holds 40 for the TDDi.

and yet, ive never seen a TDdi FWD transit

easy way to get rid of surplus Tddi filters AND wriggle out of warranty claims

"Oh look, its got the wrong filter fitted....sorry sir, you aint getting new injectors/pump and a recode after all"

if you have a Tdci transit/tourneo, check whats fitted!

That's odd because most the Mk6s are, it's only the 125s that are TDCi.

well some Ford fitter didnt check then, and asked for a "transit" filter at parts, not "a filter for a transit 125 tdci"

or are ford mechanics so much better than most? (think before you speak)

That comment was about the fact that the dealership he works at had the correct filter.

Parts dept are to blame as much as numpty fitter who doesn`t check the filter,
When parts pick service items using microcat, the computer will know the van details and only list the tdci spec filter........

or did they?........

any customer looking (see my photo) would see "TDci" on the filter....but not the "tick" by Tddi and "X" by the "Tdci"

this bad of ford i think
