2001 Mk5 turbo diesel lwb minibus
With EPIC pump over 3200m gave 28.05mpg mixed driving
After Bosch 145 pump over 2700m conversion gives 29.65 mixed driving. Would like to get it over 30 but I don't think my foot is light enough :!:
Good job the Corsa td gives 55mpg whatever you do to it :D

I would be interested if anyone else has done accurate mpg calculations before and after Epic.

Guessing you didn't fill it back up then after running the tank down to see how many litres it was?

from fill to fill I managed 680 miles. I have a mapped mk6 2.0 tddi 75ps which is decatted. I van is fully loaded at all times.
Ive only started getting these figures since adding 2stoke to the fuel.
I could probs have goten an extra 40-50 miles before i re-fueled but i dont like running it low.
ive worked this out. 80ltr tank = 16 gallon
680miles
I put 14.3 gallons(70 ltrs) of fuel which is 47.5 mpg.
This van has 167350 miles on it.
Does anybody else get returns like this?

Over the years I've owned over 20 Trannys. Here are a few:

B reg MK2 190 twin wheel Di 4-Speed without overdrive LWB 25.5mpg Towing, 27mpg Not Towing.
J reg 2.0 Pinto 5 speed LWB 15 seat minibus, Horrible, 14mpg no matter how or where it was driven.
52 Plate 190 9ops 2.4 Td Duratorque 5 speed LWB Hi-Top 27.4mpg thrashed everywhere! (time is money)
03 Plate 280 5 speed 85ps SWB transverse lump Low top 30.8mpg thrashed everywhere!
07 Plate 260 semi-hi-top swb 5 Speed 85ps 50.1mpg trip computer, (tickled it no faster than 50mph just to see what it would get)

These figures are accurate using the same equation listed on page one, apart from the one I marked trip computer.
