You could try contacting ford as they normally have records on there computer. Does the lex printout have the ford dealer that done the services. I can't remember if mines does

You bought it with full service history so I would have thought he would have to supply the service history to you. If you go to sell it on then you can't prove its got full history so I would keep at him. I know the lex print out shows it but maybe the next buyer won't see it that way.

Did you not get it with the van ? If not maybe try contacting them explaining the problem.

Re: the service record.. I didn't get any with mine and remember hassling the auction house ( Blackbushe ) or Lex Leasing for it and getting nowhere so best to insist on it upfront ;)

I will try lex and the rac on Monday but if I get no joy I guess I will just have to leave it, its not the end if the world as the service history would stop with me as I do all my own anyway but i do keep records of what I have done and when.
My oil changes are a little more regular as I do them every 5k

Has anyone got a disc for the rac navigation radio ??

Did you hpi it before you bought it? I used my text check and asked for the service part of it. It was all sent to me on that THE MOST comprehensive history i have seen with a hpi ( in terms of records for a car/van other companies maybe as detailed but when i have bought cars before nothing shows on it and i only had what came with the car) and it all matched when i viewed the records with the van. It does cost you a couple of quid but maybe an avenue for you if you cant get any joy anywhere else.
