Matt,

I had to phone CIS and they couldnt find a Tourneo. He called his supervisor and did it manually! £260.

Yep, CIS experience again, 1996 2.0 Petrol Torneo. £155 full comp. The website just gave an indication.

Got on the phone and they talked through the quote, and like Transit-tricky, couldn't find the Torneo on their system, no problem, did it manually.

Lowest previous amount paid was £455. Guess who I'll be renewing with?
