actually it was grey smoke that came from the bonnet and flames when i lifted it :shock:

1 question???? do the ins co have the right to take the van from me or can i refuse to let them have it

You need to talk to them BEFORE they send anyone out to look at it and let them know your intention, if they think they will have to pay less cash out by you keeping the van they will be very willing :D

her time has come and i have no££ so cant afford to put the van back on the road i dont have anytime either were just so busy at the mo :( its a shame but she does have some rust :( and would have needed some welding for this mot i think !! also therer are a few other faults with her :( :( such a shame but if anyone is intrested in the whole van let me know :) doesnt need much to be a runner again :)
