Though in traffic, I only get around 30 mpg which is quite okay. But looks like I need to scan my car now.

Transit Custom DCIV 320 and we're averaging 30 mpg with a lot of 'spirited' driving.

2007 2.2 Mk7 9 seater shuttle bus. Just completed a 270 mile trip yesterday. Mainly motorways and averaged 45mpg. It was doing 47mpg but I got impatient towards the end and just wanted to get there. Really impressed with that. :D

I’ve just completed my first big trip in the van. 1,000 miles in a weeks round trip and averaged 39.7 mpg per the computer. I calculated it at just over 40 mpg based on mileage and fuel to fill up again again after the trip. Mainly motorways, M6, M74. I kept below 70 mph on the motorways, mainly clear driving as we travelled overnight.

Its a 2013, MK7, Engine type: 2.2L CR TC 14 DSL 100PS.

Pretty pleased with that and the performance of t(e van.

Cheers, Richard
