I got mine off befor i bolted the crossmember in and now i cant get the plenum back on 
It catches on the coil pack bracket and the r/h inlet. on the bulkhead i have tried denting it a bit but theres a supprt behind it

I think i need to jack the back of the transmition up. fit the plenum and leave it on. Also cant get the gear stick on the transmition at the moment

Sorted. replaced studs with bolt.
For anyone doing this DONT FORGET the seal on the long stud or it wont run properly
