Does anyone know of a website that will list the colours for the transit paint codes please.

It is for my Dad's Hi roof 1998 Transit. It is dark blue but not sure if this is the original colour. I am going to have a look at the code tonight on the plate but need to be able to see what colour that is then I can decide if it is the original colour or not.

The paint colour name is on the plate on the bonnet slam panel.

I have had a look for the paint code all I can find is AS can anyone tell me if this is a dark blue? or have I got the wrong code.

Sorry for being vague, I am only getting second hand info myself, it is my dad's van and I havn't actually been and looked myself all he tells me is he can only see AS as the exterior colour. I think I will go and have a look myself tonight.
I just didn't know if anyone else had got a dark blue tranny if they could let me know if the code AS is dark blue or not.

It will say the avtual colour on the plate. TBH if you need to know the colour to get some paint then I would suggest just taking it to an auto paints shop and getting them to match it.

Thanks for that it is a massive help, This forum rocks . I will post some piccies of my transit when I get it finished. Mine is a white LWB and coming on very nicely now.
