Be intersted to see if smc Crayford become one, as there service was truly shocking :evil: (not taking commercial bookings for 2 weeks & 3 weeks to replace a front wheel bearing on a Connect :evil: )

LDV had a branch that did this in Enfield, when I asked they told me it is 1 year advance booking. :shock:

Wonder why they went bust???

Over the years I have been a loyal customer to the brand and maintain my vehicle with full SMC Ford-Crayford service history. However i would like to bring to your attention that the servicing I have received from SMC CRAYFORD is appalling at best :evil: . The vehicle developed serious faults after service, could not starting the engine after full service and vehicle inspection check, suspect starter motor and battery were damaged. rendering the vehicle unfit to drive. I shall exercise my common law right to employ another garage to carry out the work and look to SMC CRAYFORD to bear the cost. And claim compensation for the loss or damage and potentially, reasonable expenses incurred as a result, such as the cost of alternative transport while my minibus was off the road.

Get someone to proof read anything that you send to SMC :wink:
