What's the advantage of getting wiper blades with a spoiler?

(apart from the fact it makes the van go 10mph faster :P )

they push down on the window and thus makein them work better :wink:

That's right :!:

As you drive F A S T, the wind going over your bonnet and up and over the windsceen, pushes the wipers away from the windscreen :( The "spoiler" as you call it, counter acts this effect :!: :wink:

i always go for bosch wipers with spoiler for driver but not passenger.
i also change these every 10000 miles and carry a spare drivers one as you never know when it will become rubbish.

i feel it is better for the extra cost as no clear screen = no view. :lol:

Right well bought some that were listed as for the transit 2000-, 26" and 24" blades.


Just realised the ones currently on are both 22"! What are they supposed to be?

Well I stuck on the bigger ones, tried them out and they don't hit each other. That'll do for me :mrgreen:
