Thats exactly what my dad said. he had one as a works van, diesel automatic and it wouldnt go over 45 mph.

I imagine parts would be very scarce for this especially gearchange cables

driveing one of them would of made the mk1 seem like a mk7 in todays standards! :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

78 on an S actually mate. M would be a Mk1 if it was a transit, which unfortunately this isn't! :lol:
